Woodmansterne School uses School Gateway, the UK’s leading parent engagement platform, to keep families closely connected with school life.
What School Gateway Provides
Through School Gateway you can access:
- Behaviour and attendance information
- Timetables
- Reports and key documents
- Reporting pupil absence
- Update contact details
- Access website links
While the platform is primarily used by our Secondary School phase, Primary School parents can also download the app and access the features relevant to them.

Download the App
The easiest way to stay connected is by using the free School Gateway app.

Create Your Account
Setting up your account is quick and simple. You will need the email address and mobile number that the school holds on record for you.
- Download the School Gateway app using the links above.
- Enter the email address and mobile number registered with the school.
- (If different details are entered, the system will not recognise your account)
- You will receive a text message with a unique PIN. Enter this PIN to complete your setup.
Troubleshooting
My details don’t work
If you have entered your email address and mobile number correctly but are unable to log in, it is likely that the contact details we hold for you need updating.
Please contact the school office so we can amend your record.
