At Woodmansterne we recognise the importance of letting individual staff develop their own style of teaching. We also believe that, in some areas, consistency is vital to ensuring the progress and well-being of our pupils. As a research-informed school we continually review and adapt our practice. We know that great progress comes from effective assessment which informs planning and delivery. There is a consistent approach in primary and secondary, with some differences appropriate to the age and stage of our pupils.
